What we collect

• Information you enter in a quote request: your name, business or property name, email, phone number, property address and town, property type and size, timeline, preferred contact method and any details you add.
• In the app, your contact details and a list of requests you sent are saved on your phone only if you choose to, so you don't have to retype them.
• Basic technical data our hosting providers record automatically, such as IP address and browser type.

How we use it

Only to respond to your request: to contact you, schedule a site visit, prepare a quote and provide the services you ask for. We share your request with the affiliated company and the independent contractor who will do the work. We do not sell your information.

Service providers

We use Supabase to store requests, Formspree to email us new requests, and Cloudflare to host the website. They process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep requests for as long as needed to serve you and for our business records, up to [X] years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing [YOUR-EMAIL]. You can clear saved details in the app by deleting the app.

Children

Our services are for businesses and property managers and are not directed to children under 13.
